Chipotle has released a new Garlic Guajillo Steak product on Roblox. According to the brand, it is the first menu item released in the virtual world. It has limited availability in the U.S., Canada, and the metaverse. The Chipotle Grill Simulator on Roblox can be visited to get instructions and recipes from the Vice President of Culinary. Chipotle has been a major brand investing in the metaverse with projects like the virtual restaurant in Roblox, the Burrito Builder game, and a crypto game. It is an educated decision as 38% of people on the metaverse are willing to pay for virtual food and the virtual world is expected to grow by 40% annually. Other food chains to have experimented with the platform include Wendy’s, Pizza Hut, Jimmy John’s, and Starbucks.
