The good Rewards loyalty programme has been launched with the collaboration of Fetch Rewards and General Mills. The benefits they offer customers include offers on the CPG company’s more than 45 brands with personalised rewards. This initiative has been launched on the Fetch app. Customers are asked to post their receipt on the app after shopping from General Mills and, as a result, accumulate points that make up rewards. The personalised nature of rewards ensures that customers’ needs are met and achieved more easily through the digital programme. Since 2017, the app has amassed 15 million subscribers with 2 billion receipts posted and 300 million dollar rewards earned.
