General Mills has entered into the animal-free dairy category by rolling out its new brand named Bold Cultr. The firm has launched cream cheese featuring Perfect Day’s dairy proteins processed via fermentation. Consumers would be able to purchase the dairy items from the company’s website or Hy-Vee stores in Minnesota.
