The Hershey Co. secured the sixth position on DiversityInc’s top 50 Companies for Diversity list. The company has achieved greater success by reaching 6^th position from 33^rd in 2018. The chief diversity officer at Hershey, Alicia Petross, said that the firm is honoured to be listed among prestigious companies and shows its commitment toward DEI, which goes beyond words. DiversityInc has listed companies on the basis of talent programmes, leadership accountability, human capital diversity metrics, workforce practices, philanthropy, and supplier diversity. Besides securing this promising position, Hershey is also listed in multiple DiversityInc’s Top Companies specialty lists, like Top Companies for Black Executives, Top Companies for People with Disabilities (PWD), and Top Companies for Asian American Executives.
