No dirty clothes: Astronauts can now do laundry in space using P&G’s lunar laundromats

Procter & Gamble is in contact with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to pilot a detergent formula that allows astronauts to do their laundry. The firm is determined to turn the lunar laundromats into reality. The first shipment of detergent was dispatched to the International Space Station on a SpaceX Rocket on 21st December 2021. P&G pilots Tide To Go Pens for light stains and tide To Go Wipes in a microgravity environment for astronauts.
