Efforts to minimise waste and promote recycling are at the heart of the circular supply chain. Colgate-Palmolive is one multinational that is leading the way in this area. CP is one of the most valuable brands in the world, with 34,000 employees and total net revenues of more than US$17.4 billion in 2021. The company’s goal is to have all of its facilities zero-waste by 2025. CP is the first UK manufacturing business to embark on a zero-waste-to-landfill project, and all 45 of its sites will be accredited soon. In addition, the corporation is trying to make all new production facilities LEED-certified. OnProcess Technology assists businesses in optimising their after-sales service supply chains. This is the section of the chain that helps close the circle on sustainability, where firms provide services related to a product after it is sold, such as components and materials, repair and maintenance. Companies like OnProcess are critical to the success of the circular supply paradigm. According to OnProcess CEO Oliver Lemanski, many service supply chain organisations have been slow to embrace digital transformation.
