SAP Consumer Products Survey results reveal that CP companies are advancing their DTC business models



As per the results generated from the SAP Consumer Products Survey, CP companies are transforming their business strategies by manufacturing innovative products, adopting sustainable practices, leveraging business transparency, and expanding their DTC business models. A few CP companies’ executives revealed that the firms adopted the DTC business model during the pandemic, but the profit-driven results convinced them to expand the model even after the pandemic ended. 95% of the participating organisations are planning to expand their DTC business model by focusing on three key areas: competitive response, customer insight and engagement, and revenue growth.
